How to update
Please update the firmware by following the instructions below.
1. Click the link below to download the firmware update file.
2. Press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons on the controller, then plug it into your PC via USB.
*Depending on your computer’s environment, launching the software before connecting the controller may cause the update to fail.
3. Click the downloaded file to run "HORIPAD_V115_S".
4. Click “DOWNLOAD”
5. Firmware will start downloading. This may take a few moments.
6. Once you see “ISP OK,” the update has finished.
*Do not touch the analog stick while connecting to your console or PC.
*If the update does not work, please disconnect the product from the PC, reconnect it, and then re-attempt the update from step 1.
*To update the controller, you’ll need a PC with a USB-A port.
