Update Procedures

Please follow the steps below to update the app and firmware.

12/5/2024: New mode "Music Mode" added to improve the noise issues.

Mode 1: Music Mode (Beeps once after pressing the mode change button)

Mode 2: Bass Boost Mode (Beeps twice after pressing the mode change button)

Mode 3: FPS Mode (Beeps three times after pressing the mode change button)

A PC is required for updating a device. (Supported OS: Windows 11/10)

This update requires two firmware programs listed in below. Please download BOTH firmware and proceed to next step.

2. Connect the product and PC with a USB cable (Type A to C)

On the PC, run "SPF-009_Wired_PS4_v142" and select "Start". When the gauge is full, the first update is complete.

1. Launch "HORI neckset speaker UpdateV1.32" and select "Start".
When the green bar appears, you are done with the second update.
