■FF14 Keypad Troubleshooting
Visit the link below and download the installer VC.redinstaller1.6.exe
VC.RedistInstaller1.6.zip
The file should look like the above.
Start the installation (You should see the window below)
Be Sure to keep all the check marked icons check and click "Next"
Install the program
Wait for the installation process to finish
Be sure to wait until the install is completely finished
Be sure to wait for the installation to run it’s course (You may see this window above pop in and out of your screen several times)
Be sure to click “OK” when you see this screen. (It may pop up many times)
Once installation is complete, restart your computer and your issues should be fixed
